Weeks 1 & 2:
Energy, Ethics & Divine Connection
We begin by grounding your energy, energy hygiene, energy maintenance, setting spiritual boundaries, and opening up your Divine Connection including your Spirit Guides and Higher Self. This sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Weeks 3 & 4:
Intuition & Psychic Readings
You’ll start working with your intuitive senses and learn how to give accurate psychic readings with evidence and channelled insight for yourself and for others in your practice group.
Week 5: Integration week
Rest, Reflect & Recalibrate
Crucial to your development, this pause allows you to catch up, process, and integrate everything you've experienced so far. Energy work needs space and this week gives you time to reflect, connect with yourself, and prepare for what’s next with flow and confidence. You'll have plenty of content to explore in this time.
Weeks 6 & 7:
Mediumship Readings
Learn how to connect safely and accurately with loved ones in Spirit, understand the difference between psychic and mediumship, and begin channelling Spirit for others in a supportive space.
Weeks 8 & 9:
Bringing It All Together
We integrate everything you've learned giving you practice, tools, and confidence to step into your gifts fully and keep growing beyond the course.

I've never meditated before, will this work for me?Quick answer, Yes! As will any skill, it will take your dedication and openness but as you stay consistent you will start to feel the benefits of meditation and develop your own unique connection and way of meditating that works for you. I am experienced in meditation. Will this benefit me?Absolutely! As all of my guided meditations are highly channelled it combines an energy healing and clearing as well as the space for deep connection and elevation in your personal divine connection. Every meditation is different and you will have a different experience each time you listen to it.
