New Moon in Gemini Activities

Fresh Energy. Big Shifts. Time to Realign.


This New Moon is giving us the opportunity to start fresh.

These activities are channelled to meet you where you're at. You can take it as deep as you can! These activities are most potent three days before and after the new moon but can be done at any time to support you in rising!


Activity 1. What’s been pushing you to grow, release, or change over the past week?


This past week has been full-on.

There’s been this pushy energy, almost like the Universe has been poking us, making us uncomfortable, and asking us to wake up!


So, let’s dive into it!

Start by taking a moment to simply breathe and reflect (no need to journal on this yet):


  • Who or what has been pushing your buttons?

  • Have you felt like you’re over your own BS in certain areas of your life?

  • Are there patterns, behaviours, or boundaries you’ve outgrown?

  • Have you been doubting your self-worth?

  • Have certain people been bringing you down or showing you that maybe they’re just not your “ride or die” anymore?

  • In what ways are you 'sick of your own sh*t'? In what ways are you ready to grow?


This is your invitation to pause and ask:

  • What is standing between me and the place I desire to be?

  • Can I shift my mindset or perspective around this?


Journal this out:

  • What’s been irritating, frustrating, disappointing, overwhelming, or triggering for you in the past week?

  • Write it ALL down.

  • Be honest. Let. It. Go.


Now, let’s go a layer deeper:

  • Write out your old story. The beliefs, expectations, or patterns that you’ve been stuck in. Think about the thoughts you’ve been holding onto that aren’t serving you (like “I’m not good enough” or “Nothing ever works out for me”), the behaviours or habits you keep falling into (like people-pleasing, procrastinating, or self-sabotaging), and the fears and doubts that have kept you small or hesitant to step into your true power. This is the story that’s been shaping how you see yourself and your life, but it’s not the truth of who you are. It’s just the old programming that’s ready to be rewritten. So pour it all out on paper - the old beliefs, the stuck patterns, the expectations you’re done carrying. Once you’ve written it out, take a deep breath and set the intention to release it. Thank it for serving you up until now, but it’s time to let it go and make space for a new story, one that aligns with where you’re really ready to go.

  • Hand it over. Release it.

  • Set the intention to free yourself from that old story.


Then, write your new story. The one where you’re realigned with your truth, your boundaries, your self-worth, and your dreams.


Activity 2. Plant New Seeds


It’s time now to plant your seeds. You might already be super clear on what you’re manifesting and if that’s you, skip to activity 3!


But if you’re feeling a little foggy or unsure, here’s your chance to get clear:

  • Plant six seeds. These are six goals, intentions, or things you’d like to manifest within the next six weeks.

  • Be super clear. (And remember, don’t manifest a specific person by name, instead focus on the energy and feeling you desire, because if you attach it to one person, you might actually block an even better opportunity!)


Journal Prompt:

What are six things I’d love to manifest in the next six weeks?

Take a moment to really tune in with your desires. Let yourself dream, be playful, and don’t overthink it - just write from the heart. These can be big or small. Maybe it’s about building stronger boundaries, having more fun, or even letting go of something that’s holding you back. Be as clear as you can, but don’t get caught up in perfection. The key is to write down what you’d love to bring into your life - things that light you up, that feel expansive, that feel like they’re in alignment with the person you’re becoming.


Activity 3. Riff, Daydream & Seal It In

If you skipped ahead - that’s amazing. It means you’re already super clear on what you’re manifesting and your goals.


Now it’s time to riff. Just let yourself daydream for a minute:

  • What would it feel like if those things happened in six weeks’ time?

  • What would life look like?

  • Where would you be?

  • How would it feel?


💭 Journal it out as if it’s already happened:

Imagine it’s six weeks from now and everything you’ve manifested has happened. Date this journal entry as six weeks into the future and get riffing!

  • Write a detailed journal entry about how it feels, how it all worked out better than you could’ve planned, and how proud you are of yourself.


When you’re done, seal it in an envelope.  Place it under your pillow with the intention of surrendering it in trusting that it’s already happening and the Universe has your back.


Remember:

  • This week’s energy is giving you permission to pause.

  • You’re not broken. You’re not behind.

  • The wobble you’ve felt isn’t a failure, it’s an invitation to shed old layers and create space for what’s next.


Take a breath. Trust yourself. You’ve got this.
